About Constance

I have had the privilege to live, work, and play in Central Oregon since 1997.  Twenty of those years I supported the students and families in Bend as a school counselor.  

After retiring from the school district in 2019, I have been thoroughly enjoying representing clients through the Real Estate process.  With my extensive knowledge of Bend and the surrounding areas, attention to detail, and a wide range of personal and professional contacts, you can be confident that your selling or buying process will be a focused, timely, and productive experience.  

As most "Bendites" I have always been involved in sports.  These days my favorite sports are pickleball and golf.  Pickleball is year round now with Central Oregon having 3 amazing indoor pickleball facilities.  Central Oregon also has more golf courses than I can find time to play!

My other area of expertise is the greater Palm Springs area, also know as the Coachella Valley.  I began representing clients there after earning my California Real Estate license in 2022 and spend winters there now.  My young adult years were spent in the Coachella Valley playing tennis on various USTA teams and working for the major professional tennis tournament.  My love and understanding of this area runs deep also.
